There are people
who get lost
in calculations.
One life
added to another,
still becomes
nothing.
People
who never count
the coins
they received
for selling
their hearts.
People
who weep
when asked
to measure
the distance
to the place
where they misplaced
their souls.
People
whose fingers
wander through
their hair,
where spiders
have left
their broken webs.
It is said,
the earth
is still alive
only because
of them.
